I have watched this video about one month ago (you can see my comment there) and I thought it would be very nice to share it with you. I consider this video MUST be seen by all developers, no matter of the level of experience because this is another great session held by the top-gun, Scott Hanselman, during the Microsoft DevDays 2010 in The Hague in The Netherlands.

The video length is 1 hour, 13 minutes, 14 seconds – but once you start watching it, you will not see how quickly the time has passed (Einstein’s theory of relativity!).
