Access denied in Visual Studio Ultimate 2012 installation setup

I was trying to install Visual Studio Ultimate 2012 on one of my Windows 7 machine and got stuck with the "Access Denied" error during the installtion setup.



I did the below mentioned actions to overcome the above issue but I was with NO SUCCESS

1. Uninstalled the Antivirus on my machine.
2. Turned off Windows Firewall.
3. Cleared %temp% folder.
4. Gave "Full control permissions to "Everyone" and current logged in user (Admin one) role to following paths:
   
• C:\
• C:\ProgramData
• C:\ProgramData\Package Cache

After so many hours of struggle I was able to find this magical blog which helped me to resolve my issue. I followed the steps mentioned in that blog using SubInACL tool and FINALLY I was able to install the Visual Studio Ultimate 2012 on my Windows 7 machine and was able to see below screen :)
