My problem is that i want to take a picture on a client side .

Their is button on a aspx page i want that when i will click to on cutton then it will take a picture through a web cam.

Hey,

You will need to use either flash or silverlight to access the webcam hardware.

Flash has supported it for a while but Silverlight doesn't actually support it yet (its in the upcoming silverlight 4).
