Delegates and Events

Hi Experts,

I have searched many articles and blogs of Delegates and Events but still they are not cleared.
Is anybody having good stuff of Delegates and Events or somebody explain me?

I Have read lots of article but still in my minds few questions like why we use Delegates,
what are the benefits of Delegates, why we go for a Delegate?
