Hi in this web sites we should apply for projects or any one will out source the projects 

I am bidding for some projects but one person had made me loss in telling he will projects in online bidding sites only. so i am asking

I am going to take projects from client and do it and give it to them..

In bidding process we use to bid for less amount then all. so that client will pay the amount what we had bidded for that project.
