install application into facebook fan page from asp.net

Dear sir,

i want to develop application like found in www.northsocial.com which give option to select product and install it in facebook fan page. I want to develop this kind in asp.net.

My requirement

1) authenticate facebook login.

2) Access the list of fan page from facebook account

3) Install app into that page.
