I noticed that I can see all the "Mark As Anwser" buttons in all the threads.. Is this by design that all members can see it regardless of the role? or am I added to something else role?

I still see the mark as answer for all the replies in this thread and its not my thread.

 

I dont know if its doing it for new threads because I seem to have started all the threads recently lol...
