Login Modal takes time to show up

When I click the "reply" button in a particular post and if I'm not currently logged in, the site would take me to the Login screen but the Login modal form takes time to show. I find this very frustrating... can you please take a look at this issue guys?

PS: I'm using FF 3.6

I noticed too. It will be fixed in the coming version.

Now for guest user the "reply" link will not be visible.

For a user perspective, I don't think that's a good idea.. IMO, I think It would be more user friendly and hassle free if the reply link will be shown..

Consider this scenario:

You visit the forum as a Guest.. Imagine if you are reading a long thread and wanted to reply an answer to a post.. Since the reply link is not shown anymore then you will need to scroll up to the page to see the log-in link in the menu. Users may find this very inconvenient and not user friendly.
