I decided to reclaim that space and add that to my "D" partition. For that I did the following steps in command prompt:

Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]

C:\Windows\system32>diskpart

Microsoft DiskPart version 6.1.7601

On computer: RAGHAV-PC

DISKPART> list volume

Volume ### Ltr Label Fs Type Size Status Info
---------- --- ----------- ----- ---------- ------- --------- --------
Volume 0 C NTFS Partition 99 GB Healthy System
Volume 1 D New Volume NTFS Partition 136 GB Healthy

DISKPART> select volume 1

Volume 1 is the selected volume.

DISKPART> extend

DiskPart successfully extended the volume.

DISKPART> list volume

Volume ### Ltr Label Fs Type Size Status Info
---------- --- ----------- ----- ---------- ------- --------- --------
Volume 0 C NTFS Partition 99 GB Healthy System
