While working with GitHub extensions commit command in VisualStudio, I noticed it was not showing the new files which I added to my solution. This may be some bug of GitExtensions but I was able to resolve this by using the Git's "Git - Pending Changes" command. Instead of using git commit command I went for Git- Pending Changes option. To do the same right click the solution and click Git -Pending Changes option. After that, a new window will open with a list of files you have added in your solution but are not at your server. Select all the files you added in your project, the files which you want to add it on your server. Next, click the "Commit" button with some appropriate comment. Your files will be committed by then. Finally you need to Push your changes to upload them at server. I hope the above information will help others.
